NightShade specializes in weddings, private lunches, cocktail parties, and a wide variety of formal/informal gathering functions.

We are passionate about the dining experience; our interest lies in developing and rethinking events with continual improvement.

The hallmark of our events is attention to detail. We focus on the details as a way to augment the dining experience. We pay special attention to the texture and sourcing of the salt flakes on the table, to the shape of the dessert spoon.

Careful reasoning is behind everything we do – we seek to create a feeling of effortless sophistication, and relaxation.

 

 

 

At our events we seek to create organic environments, utilizing elemental accoutrements whenever possible. In our plating and planning we gravitate towards natural wood, glass, stone, and porcelain discouraging the use of inorganic materials whenever possible.
