‘Autumn Awake’ – a version of  Adam Schuman’s (of New York’s Fatty Crab) ‘Early Autumn’

1 ½ oz Infused Gin ( used cardamom, cassia, star anise, all-spice, vanilla bean, brandy barrel chips)
½ oz Calvados
1½ oz Apple Cider
½ oz fresh lemon juice
2 dashes chocolate chili bitters (I used miracle mile bitters, made in L.A with Vahlrona chocolate)
Bundaberg Ginger beer
